I'm a Senior Product Designer with eight years building B2B products at operational scale — internal tools, mobile field applications, and design systems used daily by hundreds of people.
Most recently at OnGrid, I led design across verification workflows that were genuinely high-stakes: errors had real downstream consequences, and efficiency wasn't a nice-to-have. That environment sharpened my instinct for research-first design and evidence-backed decisions.
I'm now looking for the next challenge — a team building something with real operational weight, where design has a seat at the table early.

After eight years at OnGrid — and a deliberate pause to reflect on what kind of designer I want to be next — I'm looking for a team where design has meaningful input early, the work has real stakes, and the users aren't abstractions.
